At Ecogloo Cleaning Services, we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services that meet or exceed your expectations. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund and satisfaction guarantee policies.

This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and our process for handling customer concerns.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, we will:

  • Return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost
  • Provide a partial or full refund if we cannot resolve the issue
  • Work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction

Time Limit: Satisfaction issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our team.

Cancellation Timeframes

  • 24+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee
  • 2-24 Hours Notice: 25% cancellation fee
  • Less than 2 Hours Notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, provided you give us at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to availability.

Refund Eligibility

When Refunds Are Provided

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Service Quality Issues: If our cleaning does not meet our promised standards
  • Incomplete Service: If we are unable to complete the scheduled cleaning
  • Staff Issues: If our staff arrives late or behaves unprofessionally
  • Equipment Problems: If our equipment causes damage to your property
  • Booking Errors: If we made an error in scheduling or pricing

When Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Customer cancels with insufficient notice (see cancellation policy)
  • Customer provides false or misleading information about the job
  • Customer refuses access to the property without valid reason
  • Customer requests services outside our scope of work
  • Customer reports issues more than 24 hours after service completion

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Call us at (484) 561-8424 or email info@ecogloocleaning.com within 24 hours of service completion
  2. Provide Details: Explain the specific issue and provide any relevant photos or documentation
  3. Assessment: We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution
  4. Resolution: We will either re-clean the area, provide a partial refund, or issue a full refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be more appropriate than a full refund. This may occur when:

  • Only a portion of the service was completed
  • Some areas were cleaned satisfactorily while others were not
  • The issue affects only a specific part of the service
  • Customer requests a reduced scope of work

The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances and the portion of the service that was affected.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to:

  1. Contact Management: Speak with our management team for a review of your case
  2. Provide Documentation: Submit any additional evidence or documentation
  3. Mediation: If necessary, we may suggest third-party mediation

We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and amicably.

Payment Methods and Refunds

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Refunds for credit or debit card payments will be processed back to the original card used for payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cash Payments

Refunds for cash payments will be provided via check or bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

Online Payments

Refunds for online payments (PayPal, etc.) will be processed through the same payment platform used for the original transaction.

Special Circumstances

Weather-Related Cancellations

In cases of severe weather that makes it unsafe for our team to travel or work, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies can arise. In genuine emergency situations, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include waiving cancellation fees or providing refunds.

Pandemic or Health Emergencies

During health emergencies or pandemics, we may adjust our policies to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We will communicate any changes promptly.
